- Sukiyaki: thinly sliced meat(chicken, shrimp, fat beef or seafood), various vegetables, starch noodles in sweetened soy. Stew and picked directly from the pot and eaten by dipping a beaten raw egg.

- Yosenabe: cooking everything (seasonal vegetables, mushroom, sliced meat, egg, tofu etc.) together in a miso or soy sauce based broth.
